Discover the advantages of co-operative entrepreneurship and what it can mean for your business-idea?
Co-operatives look like any other business but operate differently with a strong focus on participation, democracy, and empowering local communities. Shared ownership and control gives people a stake in the company and boosts productivity. These are just some of the features and advantages of co-operative entrepreneurship you will be able to explore during this workshop. The example of “De Landgenoten” will illustrate how co-operatives address societal challenge and sustainability through a viable business-model. You will also get the opportunity to discuss and apply the co-operative principles to your own business idea.
